The Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference (MMC +Tech) gives association and nonprofit professionals the insights necessary to take their marcomm and membership strategies to new heights. Learn the latest in engagement, technology, and trends from industry innovators.


Yes, ASAE does provide a group registration discount. If you register ten or more staff members, each attendee will receive a $100 discount when the group registers at once. Please note that to be eligible, all registrants must have the same email domain, and only association professionals (both members and non-members) are eligible for this discount.


ASAE welcomes professional editorial staff (including photographers and camera crews) of print, online, and broadcast media to attend the Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference on a complimentary basis. Other publications staff (non-editorial positions, such as publishers, advertising directors, and advertising representatives) may attend the Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference only if exhibiting and must pay all related fees. 

Members of the media interested and eligible to obtain press registrations should contact our Public Relations department. Please contact Chris Vest, CAE, Vice President, Corporate Communications & Public Relations, cvest@asaecenter.org to register.


Thank you for your interest in attending Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference. Because you are an Industry Partner (business supplier), we regret that you are unable to register using this form, unless you have purchased an exhibit booth on the show floor.

Eligibility Policy:
The Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference is open to association and association management professionals, consultants, federal government employees, higher education professionals, corporate meeting planners, and attorneys. Meeting registration is only open to those business partner members who exhibit. Exceptions are made only for ASAE Board of Directors, speakers, and council/committee members, whose council/committee is meeting in person during the Marketing, Membership, Communications +Tech Conference. This ensures a high buyer/supplier ratio. No one under the age of 18 may enter the exhibit hall at any time. ASAE reserves the right to refuse ineligible registrations. For further assistance, please contact us at exhibit@asaecenter.org  so we may assist. 


The Attendee Service Center (ASC), is available to you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever there is internet access. Within the ASC you can update your registration profile and download your registration receipt. 

Your ASC login credentials will be emailed to you. 
 


Cancellation/Refund Policies:

ASAE will fully refund program registration fees in full with notifications submitted to ASAE Registration via e-mail at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by 10 business days before the first day of the conference. Requests made in writing less than 10 business days prior to the first day of the conference starting will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $75 administrative fee. Refunds cannot be approved for no-shows.

Substitutions are gladly accepted. Substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date, and no later than May 3, 2026. Please submit a written request to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (including any outstanding balance) associated with that substitution.


We'll be sorry that you won't be able to join us for this exceptional learning and networking experience! However, we understand that things happen, so if you simply can't attend, please notify us in writing by May 3, 2026.

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by May 3, 2026. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after May 3, 2026. Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than May 3, 2026. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.

Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to ASAEservice@asaecenter.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

ASAE is registered with the CAE Commission as a CAE Approved Provider committed to providing education that aligns with the CAE Exam Content Outline for the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential.

Marketing, Membership, Communications+ Tech Conference attendees are eligible to receive up to 10 CAE (Certified Association Executive) credits for attending the full conference from May 28-29, 2026.
