* For each participating company, there must be one (1) active ASAE Membership to qualify for the member rate.
 

• Three (3) FREE full conference registrations per kiosk – with the option to purchase one (1) additional full conference registration for $799 each
• Standard company listing in the online exhibitor directory + event app to increase your visibility, with new upgrade enhancements available this year!
• Searchable listing on the official 2026 MMC+T website and conference mobile app, with a link to your company’s website right from the interactive floor plan
• “WE’RE EXHIBITING” web sticker – to use in your marketing collateral and post on your organization’s website or social media platforms
• Ability to opt-in the digital gamification to increase traffic at your kiosk via QR code
• Complimentary electrical hookup (must be pre-ordered before onsite)
• Fully assembled kiosk space with 2 chairs and a wastebasket - just bring your marketing collateral!
  • Opportunity to further brand your kiosk with additional company graphics for an additional fee!
• Ability to request and schedule 1:1 with attendees from within the conference app
• Lunch provided in expo hall for May 28 & 29

• Basic profiles include the following: Company name and contact information, 2 Product Categories, and 25-words company description.
• Silver Upgrade: ($495) Basic Package + increase to 50-word company description, 4 product categories, color company logo, one (1) product/service description with full color images, and one (1) press release document upload
• Gold Upgrade: ($695) Silver Upgrade + increase to 75-word company description, 6 product categories, two (2) press release document uploads, one (1) marketing document upload, one (1) video upload
• Platinum Upgrade: ($895) Gold Upgrade + increase to 100-word company description, 8 product categories, three (3) product/service description with full color images, four (4) press release document uploads, two (2) marketing document uploads, two (2) video uploads
